All WebSEOSols services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. Deliverables are provided via email attachment or a secure file sharing link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Specific deliverable formats include PDF reports, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and written briefs depending on the service.

A project is considered started when: payment has been received; the onboarding call has taken place; and the Client has granted the minimum required access (Google Search Console and GA4 read access). Timelines begin from the date all three conditions are met. Delays in granting access will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
For Growth and Elite retainer clients, the monthly work cycle operates as follows:
Your primary point of contact is your assigned specialist. All communication takes place via email. We respond to client emails within one business day (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET). Urgent matters may be raised by phone during business hours.
If delivery is delayed because the Client has not provided required access, feedback, or approvals within the agreed timeframe, WebSEOSols is not in breach of this policy. We will notify the Client of the delay and resume as soon as the required materials are received.
Deliverables are considered accepted if the Client does not raise written objections within 7 business days of delivery. Objections must be specific and reference the agreed scope. We will address reasonable objections at no additional charge.
