2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it to us or when it is generated by your use of our website:

• Contact form data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any information you include in your message.
• Checkout data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, and optional project notes. Payment card data is collected by Stripe directly and never passes through our servers.
• Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised page views, session duration, and referral source via a GDPR-compliant analytics tool. We do not use Google Analytics.
• Communication data: emails and messages you send us, and our replies.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance: processing your order and delivering services you have purchased.
• Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and operating our business securely.
• Consent: analytics cookies (if you accept). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner or by contacting us.
• Legal obligation: retaining financial records as required by Italian tax law.

4. How we use your data

We use your personal data to: respond to enquiries; deliver services you have purchased; issue invoices and comply with Italian tax obligations; send transactional emails related to your order; and improve our website (where analytics consent is given).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We share personal data with the following processors only, under data processing agreements:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — payment processing (based in Ireland; adequacy decision applies).
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting provider (Germany; subject to GDPR).
• Email service provider — transactional email delivery.

All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions by the European Commission.

We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers. Access to personal data within our team is restricted to authorised individuals on a need-to-know basis.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified by a banner on our website. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
